Pose On 3 360 Photo Booth Contract and Terms
Thank you for choosing Pose On 3 to be at your event.  We are very excited to capture your memories!
  • Service Period & Service Terms: The Service Period will be the time and date reserved by client. We will arrive approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours before the requested time for set up, unless otherwise discussed.
  • If for any unforeseen reason we are unable to arrive until your event begins or need to arrive early, we will notify you as soon as we know. Pose On 3 agrees to have the photo booth operational for a minimum of 80% of the paid rental period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth (changing batteries, fixing unexpected lag, etc.).
  • If for any reason on our part we are unable to start your event at the agreed upon time or continue your event, we will compensate you for any lost service time first by providing additional time up to 30 minutes, if your venue permits or if your venue does not permit, a prorated refund not exceeding $20 for each hour lost.
  • No compensation shall be made for delay caused by client once the staff has arrived at the event location noted on the contract whether due to incorrect address, insufficient power, unclear instructions or otherwise.
  • No compensation shall be made for idle time or lost time resulting from the client’s express permission for the staff to leave before the service time is over or for guests choosing not to use the photo booth.
  • Quality of photos or videos is subjective and not grounds for refunds. All our equipment is industry standard for the purpose of novelty photo booth rental service.
  • Please note that the last photo booth session will end at the exact time agreed upon. The last photo booth session must start 5 minutes before the service end time.
  • Any additional time requested by host, if available, must be paid in increments of no less than 30 minutes at $75. Payment must be made before additional time can be allowed.
  • Client acknowledges that any actions of the guests including but not limited to misuse of props by client or client’s guests including children in a manner that causes harm to another person is the sole responsibility of said person.
  • Client acknowledges that any actions of the photo booth staff beyond their assigned job description are the sole responsibility of the staff member. Client agrees that Pose On 3, LLC or its owners shall not be held liable or responsible for any actions of the guests or for any actions of the photo booth staff that is not detailed in their job description.
  • Deposit/Payment: A $200 NONREFUNABLE deposit is required upfront to reserve event date. Total remaining amount is required 72 hours before event date. Payment plans may be arranged upon request.
  • Idle Time: If you need any breaks in service while the booth is set up there is $50 per hour charge.
  • Access, Space & Power For Photo Booth: Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at the event venue. Client is responsible for ensuring power is available for the Photo Booth. (Approximately 120V, 5 amps, 3-prong outlet). The outlet must not be shared with any other appliance.
  • If outdoors, adequate shade from the sun will ensure better lighting for the videos. Client must provide a canopy if the area for the photo booth has no shade.
  • Setup area must be free of potential hazardous materials or items.
  • An adult must supervise children at all times to avoid injury.
  • The photo booth once setup must not be moved to avoid potential hazard.
  • Unlimited Videos: Unlimited videos will be available during the requested time. We encourage you to come back as many times as you would like to for more fabulous videos. The Pose On 3 photo booth attendant will be keeping the line moving as smooth as possible. If you have had several videos you may be asked to wait a moment for others who have not had photos yet so everyone gets a chance to enjoy.
  • Inappropriate Use: We always like to have a lot of fun at the event while using the Pose On 3 photo booth. Sometimes guests get excited or get rowdy around the platform. If this happens, the attendant has the right to ask the guests to use the props and equipment appropriately, or to step off of the platform and discontinue use. This is to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all the guests and equipment.
  • The Client(s) expressly agree(s) to make their best effort to provide safe and appropriate working conditions. In the event of circumstances deemed by either the photo booth or a bystander present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to the staff or equipment, the attendant reserves the right to cancel all services remaining under this Agreement and leave the event. If this occurs all payments are non refundable.
  • Damages: Although rare accidents happen, any damages or vandalism of the equipment or materials are the responsibility of the client. The client will be responsible to pay any money owed to Pose On 3 Photo Booth to repair damages. The client can request money from the person responsible for damages on their own time and terms.
  • Date Changes & Refund Policy: Any request for a date change must be made at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject of Pose On 3 photo booth availability. All SALES and DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE.
  • In the event of any unforeseen issues such as inclement weather, photo booth equipment failure, etc., Pose On 3 will issue a refund.
  • Model Release: Client agrees to, and understands the following: Pose On 3 owns the copyright and reserve the right use, video or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, for any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. Pose On 3 and its providers are released, discharged and will be held harmless from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said video or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. Client or affiliates may not use videos for any purpose other than personal use without express permission of Pose On 3. We respect your privacy, so please let us know if you would like your videos to be kept private and not used.
